Ready to Proceed?

If you are ready to send in your supercharger for repair or modification, you're in the right place. Here you will find everything you need to know to get your blower boxed up and safely on its way to our shop. 


Please note:  We are located just west o f St. Louis, Missouri. You are welcome to drop off your supercharger if that is more convenient.

Customer Information

Customer information helps our technicians obtain as much knowledge as possible about your job.  With that in mind, we have created documents to help us get all of the details about your blower. The more we know, the better we can service your supercharger.


Please click on one of the links below to complete the sheet for your job type. Fill in as much information as possible and include the sheet in the box when shipping your parts. You may also save, scan in, or take a photo, and email a copy before shipping to dynobob@stiegemeier.com


What Happens Next?

Once we have received your supercharger, we will let you know by email or phone. Then the process of teardown, cleaning and assessment will begin. If we have any questions along the way, we will call you.


When your job is close to completion, we will call you for payment information. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, money orders, and cash. When we are ready to have UPS pick up your supercharger for return, we will notify you via email and send you  the tracking number.

Shipping Information / Check these before sending in your parts:


  • Get your supercharger off your car. If you need any technical help, feel free to call us!
  • Take off any removeable pieces, i.e. the bypass valve, plenum and throttle body
  • Secure your supercharger as well as you can. Marking the box as "fragile" doesn't always do the trick. Make sure to really pad the front drive. Double box. You can never have too much padding!
  • Drop the customer information sheet, or a note in the box with your name, phone number, email address, return address and services you'd like provided. 
  • Stick a shipping label on it to the address below.  We recommend using UPS or Fed Ex, as opposed to USPS.
  • Detailed shipping information by request.
  • Let us know when your supercharger has shipped by dropping us an email at dynobob@stiegemeier.com.  Bonus points if you send us tracking information! Once we have received your package, we will let you know.

ATTENTION CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES: 

Duties and fees for both shipping and receiving are the responsibility of the customer. All documentation, including a return label, must be sent to us prior to shipping your supercharger for repair.
